🇺🇸 America 250: Honoring the Past. Shaping the Future. 🇺🇸
As our nation approaches the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, we celebrate not only America's journey, but also the countless contributions that have shaped its story from the very beginning.
African Americans have been integral to the building, defending, advancing, and transforming this nation since its founding. From the Revolutionary War to the Civil Rights Movement, from innovation and entrepreneurship to arts, education, science, public service, and leadership, Black Americans have helped move the promise of America closer to its ideals of freedom, justice, and opportunity for all.
This Independence Day, we honor the courage, resilience, and achievements of those whose contributions have strengthened our democracy and enriched our communities across generations.
As the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Metropolitan St. Louis Chapter reminds us:
✨ Celebrating Freedom. Honoring Courage. Inspiring Unity. ✨
Let us reflect on our shared history, embrace our many stories, and work together toward one future where liberty, equity, and opportunity continue to expand for generations to come.
One Nation. Many Stories. One Future.
Happy Fourth of July and cheers to America's 250th celebration.
