Modernizing St. Louis Parking: Public Notice

As part of our continued efforts to modernize parking in the City of St. Louis, we are updating our single-space metered parking locations. Beginning today Monday, September 14, 2026, single-space meters will begin to be removed, and parking payments at these locations will be made through the ParkLouie app.

Zone 9 will be the first zone updated, including:
• North Sarah
• Virginia
• Lemp
• Wise

📲 The ParkLouie app is free to download and available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We look forward to making parking more convenient and accessible as we continue this citywide update. Questions or concerns? Email [email protected].

We launched the Parking and Towing Assistance Program (PTAP) in 2021, creating an avenue to help St. Louisans manage high parking ticket balances via an affordable, monthly payment plan.

Instead of paying your entire balance at once, PTAP allows participants to make monthly payments on outstanding parking fines and fees to help avoid vehicle booting, towing, and additional late fees. If you are burdened by high parking ticket balances, we want to help.

Enroll today by calling our Parking Violations Bureau at (314) 627-2232.
