COLA Grass Roots Food Pantry a tax-exempt, not-for-profit food pantry that primarily serves the St. Louis area, but not limited to. Our goal is to alleviate hunger and be of service. C.O.L.A.

Grass Roots Food Pantry is a tax-exempt, not-for-profit food pantry that primarily serves St. Louis. We also welcome anyone in need. Our goal is to alleviate hunger in St. Louis and the surrounding communities by soliciting, collecting and growing food for distribution that serves our target population groups. Our services include: food box programs; emergency food programs; household items progra

ms; and a future youth farm that will provide opportunities for self-sufficiency activities for at-risk youth. The Grass Roots Food Pantry conducts monthly food drives and partners with the St. Louis Area Food bank to become a distribution center to those in need. We are fully self-supported and maintain our stock by food donations, monetary donations and private donations. To receive assistance, clients fill out an information form. Other information is also needed: A Missouri driver’s license or identity card for all adult members of the household; social security cards for all adults and children in the household; proof of income; and proof of residence. Clients can receive up to fifteen boxes a year. Each box contains a 3-5 day supply of high quality food and can be obtained once a month. The elderly and small families can come in once a month and obtain two orders worth, thus allowing more families to participate. Food is distributed according to individual needs and within guidelines based on the size of a family. Emergency boxes are available daily and are prepackaged to help a family in trouble. We provide delivery services for those who are disabled and elderly. Volunteers utilize their personal vehicles to provide transportation to clients who need assistance returning home with their boxes. Good Evening the Grassroots Food Pantry will be open tomorrow from 10 AM until 12 noon. We are located at 8759 Annette Ave., St. Louis, MO 63147. We have canned and dry goods available. If this is your first time visiting, please bring a valid ID with your current address. If you're valid ID does not have your current address please bring a piece of mail with your current address. Also bring proof of identity for each person in your household. For persons under 18, a school document, and insurance card, report card will be OK. For any person over 18, any type of local or federal benefit statement, paycheck, federal or state, identification, and insurance card, a debit card, or a credit card card, etc will do. Hi we have 20 cases of soy milk available for pickup in the Saint Louis Area. We are looking to give it to another pantry in the area. It has a long shelf life remaining. This will be for pick up only.

Good Morning the pantry will be open today from 10 am until 12 pm. We are located at 8759 Anetta Ave., St. Louis, MO 63147. If this is your first time visiting with us, please bring your valid ID that has your current address. If your valid ID does not have a current address please bring your valid ID and a piece of mail.

Please also bring identifying documents for each person in your household, for children under the age of 18 a school report a letter from the school a report card a doctors notice, and or health insurance cards are fine.

For adults over the age of 18 a piece of mail some type of letter from some type of school or any type of ID is fine
