Thanks to Ken and Jesse at Gothic Heights Inn for a spookily "cool" evening in the park with their final movie night of the season — Ghostbusters. The movie series was a great addition to the neighborhood! Next up: Sunday, November 8, 1 pm, at Gothic Heights Inn, come hear a lecture on the history of clay mining in the region. Admission free, but seating is limited, so we're asking for an email reservation at: [email protected].

Get your old electronics ready! Saint Louis City Recycles is hosting an Electronics Recycling and Document Destruction Event!

Date: October 24 from 8- 11 a.m
Location: 1640 S. Kingshighway Blvd.

This event is FREE for City residents. *ID Required*

Documents are securely transported to MRC - Certified Electronics Recycling for shredding and proper disposal.

Thanks to all who came out to the Fall Fest in the park Saturday night! Great weather, crowd and live music. Reminder that CHNA's next routine meeting is Monday, September 28th at 6:30 p.m. at the SEIU Hall 2725 Clifton Ave (parking and entrance in the back).
Plan to have our NIS Brian Kolde, Alderman Bret Narayan, Circuit Attorney's office liaison Tim Wright and SLMPD public liaison officer plus State Rep Nick Kimble (if available) attend. Also, a speaker to discuss Proposition B - a proposed increase in city sales taxes.
All of our friends and neighbors are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate. Hope to see you there!
