The UMSL EIC 2026 Accelerator Demo Day is the culmination of a year of dedicated effort, providing founders with the opportunity to showcase their products and work.

This year’s cohort includes innovators like Sam Vanderpool of Blue Reason, LLC, transforming industrial waste into premium products; Tiffany Jones of Cheryl’s Herbs, scaling botanical liquid extract ingredients; and Jackie Huebbe of SugarBot, using baked goods and confections to create employment pathways for individuals facing systemic barriers.
