New Class Alert: Cardio Drumming with Sheri!

Get ready to move, groove, and have fun! Join our new instructor, Sheri, as she leads Cardio Drumming beginning in July.

Classes will be offered:

Tuesdays at 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
Thursdays at 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Cardio Drumming is a fun, high-energy workout that combines movement, rhythm, and music for a great way to stay active and energized.

We are excited to welcome Sheri to the Senior Activity Center family and can't wait for you to meet her! Register today and come drum with us!

Join us for a delicious catered lunch from Wee Pub featuring:
BBQ Chicken
Baked Beans
Fresh Fruit Salad
Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream

Enjoy a live performance by Wireless Bluegrass Band beginning at 10:30 AM.

Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite patriotic attire or simply come as you are and enjoy a wonderful day of food, music, fun, and fellowship.
