Are you a challenge coin collector? We had these made up for our 130th and 50th year anniversary for the Staatsburg Fire Department. First picture is one side of the coin recognizing Station #2, next picture is other side recognizing station #1. Price is $10 a coin! We have a lot left over! Please consider purchasing one! After months of classroom and hands on training please join us in congratulating Amanda Nesheiwat, Sal Alhejazien, Rich Weber and Lauren Jaeb, our 4 newest EMTs!  Eager to hit the streets you’ll see them riding with senior EMTs in the coming weeks to get cleared as lead providers.

On behalf of the officers and members of Company #4, we want to congratulate one of our own, Rich Webber on officially becoming a NYS EMT! Rich spent months studying and practicing hands on skills. Rich has been a valuable asset to the Fire District. Not only has he made well over 200 calls, but he also won Rookie of the Year, and the Stiegerwalt award. He is also now one of our Fire Police Lieutenants. Congratulations Rich! We wish you nothing but luck on your new endeavor in EMS. We’re proud to have you!

Merry Christmas from your local volunteers at Company #4! We are so proud to be able serve such a small knit community. We are selling our First Christmas shirts!! We have a limited amount of shirts left. Sizes range from Small to 3XL! We also have youth sizes as well. $25 each! At this time we’re only accepting cash (working getting an online system shortly). Available for pick up during the week at Station 5 in Staatsburg. If needed, we can ship for an additional cost. The members of Roosevelt Company 4 send our condolences to the Phoenicia Fire District in Ulster County on their loss of Commisoner Michael Ryan. He passed away while operating on a rescue call. Rest in peace sir. Thank you for your many years of service to your community.
