Thank you everyone for tuning in last night at Stafford neighbor forum. This was the first live forum I was a little nervous but I still stand by my platform as I stated on my pushcard.I’m all about Trade programs being enforced at the high school. I’m a product of a trade/vocational program (LVN). College isn’t for every student but every student needs to be prepared for the future. This can be accomplished with the help of community partnership example: local hospitals, doctors office, freestanding urgent care/ ER, Pharmacy, x-ray labs and so forth.
Another busy weekend community support ( covid testing drive, coffee social , food drive, meeting the neighbors, dropping off yard signs, local small business support).
Community involvement is what I’m all about. Fast forward to 2:30s into the video.

Health and Safety first
Texas Governor Greg Abbott made an announcement earlier this week to lift the mask mandate on Wednesday, March 10.
Stafford MSD remains committed to the safety of our students, staff and community. We will continue following all safety protocols and procedures currently in place, which includes wearing masks and facial coverings. Additionally, we are working closely with Fort Bend County Health & Human Services to provide our staff with the latest priority vaccination information.
The Texas Education Agency has responded with guidance that supports Stafford MSD and these decisions. We will maintain our course until further notice.
Recovery Drive.
Attention Stafford:
Congressman Al Green in cooperation with City of Stafford officials and the Houston Food bank will hold a Winter Storm Recovery Drive which will be held on March 6 in the Stafford Center parking Lot. This event will provide food and water for 500 Stafford families while supplies last.
On March 2, 2021, Governor Abbott issued Executive Order GA-34 which addresses the statewide wearing of face coverings (i.e., masks), which takes effect March 10, 2021. TEA’s authority to implement operational requirements for public schools remains in effect (e.g., TEA’s Public Health Guidance)...
