Stafford Cardboard Boat Regatta The Stafford Cardboard Boat Regatta is an annual family event held every year at Aquia Landing in Stafford, Virginia.

Kids and Adults work together to build a boat made entirely of cardboard, paint, glue, and tape that will hold at least 2 people. Then they race them around a course on the potomac river in Stafford, Virginia
