Mark your calendars for a day of fun, health, and community! Our 21st Annual Family Day will bring families together for activities, entertainment, and access to helpful health and community resources.

Our Community Health Nurses will be offering free flu vaccines for adults, and different divisions within the Stamford Department of Health & Human Services will be available with information and assistance for housing, dental services, health insurance, and more.

Several community organizations will also be joining us to share additional health resources and services.
