Club Update!

The Page County 24 Carrot 4-H Horse Club would like to give a big THANK YOU to Hunting Day Coffee for sponsoring our group trail ride at Jordan Hollow Stables this past Sunday.

Update! Our spots are FULL! You can still call and join the waitlist in case any spots open up!

Page County 4-H Cloverbud Day Camp will be held on July 13-14 from 10 am to 3 pm at the Page County Extension Office (215 W Main Street, Stanley, Va 22851). Youth will participate in games, crafts, activities, and more! Open to all youth ages 5- 8 as of 9/30/26. The cost of attendance is $20 per participant. Preregistration is required. Please call the Page County Extension Office at 540-778-5794 to reserve your child’s spot. Once your child’s spot has been reserved 4-H Online must be completed. Instructions to do so will be sent to you once your spot has been reserved. Space is limited. A packed lunch and closed-toed shoes are required each day, snacks will be provided.

Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) Training will be held on May 22, 2026, at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds (4808 S Valley Pike, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).

Club Highlight:
On Monday, April 20th Page County 4-H Jr. Stockman Club was honored to have Matt Lohr as a guest speaker. He talked about the importance of agriculture and farming. He provided stories and how to overcome obstacles in real life. We are thankful for his visit and his support to 4-H and agricultural community.
