As you may be aware, Governor Armstrong recently highlighted concerns regarding the risks associated with kratom and 7-OH. As awareness grows, we anticipate that parents, caregivers, educators, healthcare providers, and other professionals may receive questions from both youth and adults about these substances.

To support these conversations, Parents Lead has developed and compiled resources that provide clear, evidence-based information on kratom and 7-OH, including conversation starters and guidance for parents, caregivers, and professionals.

The National Weather Service is forecasting the potential for **strong to severe thunderstorms** across parts of western and central North Dakota **through midnight tonight**.

⚠️ **Potential Hazards:**
🟡 Hail up to **ping pong ball size**
💨 Damaging winds up to **70 mph**
🌪️ A tornado is possible in far northwest North Dakota

Now is the time to:
✔️ Stay weather aware
✔️ Have multiple ways to receive weather warnings
✔️ Secure loose outdoor items
✔️ Be prepared to move indoors if storms approach your area
