A line of storms will move into eastern Nebraska after midnight. While storms will be weakening, a few isolated gusts of 50-60 mph may occur primarily for areas west of a Bloomfield to Norfolk to Lincoln line. Have multiple ways to receive warnings overnight!

Another round of strong to severe storms is possible tonight. Storms will move in from the west later this evening and may weaken as they arrive, but large hail and damaging winds remain possible with any severe storms.

Keep a eye on the weather on Monday. Additional storms are possible, though chances are low (15-30%), but a few could be strong to severe. A rogue storm is possible during the afternoon, later storms may be weakening as they move in from the west.

Here is the latest on today's severe storm potential. Thunderstorms (15-40% chance) are expected, mainly along and east of the Missouri River. Large hail and damaging winds are the main concerns. Otherwise, much of today should be pleasant, albeit muggy, for your Sunday plans.

Strong to severe storms are possible this evening into the early overnight period. Isolated hail and strong wind gusts are the primary hazards.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Additional strong to severe thunderstorms are possible across the area Monday evening. Isolated hail and strong wind gusts are the primary hazards.

Daily chances for thunderstorms continue through next week. Thunderstorms could potentially be strong to severe, though chances are low (less than 15%) at this time.

We are looking at the potential risk of severe weather tonight with US National Weather Service Omaha/Valley Nebraska. There will be a risk of damaging winds and hail tonight after 11:00pm for our area.

Have multiple ways to receive weather warnings as we head into the overnight hours. Especially for those at MASKENTHINE Lake this weekend, as there are a large number of tent campers this weekend.

Be safe and stay prepared!

Tomorrow night will also bring a risk of severe weather with wind and hail as the primary threat.
