North County Regional Fire Authority invites our community to join us as we honor the lives lost, the heroes who responded, and the enduring spirit of service and resilience that emerged from the events of September 11, 2001.

Coco and Phoenix stopped by with delicious homemade cookies for our firefighters, and they definitely earned the award for Most Enthusiastic Visitors of the Year 😂💛.

While we had to break the news that the fire pole is for decoration only (sorry, ladies! 😅), they were all smiles when they suited up with new firefighter helmets and badges. 👩‍🚒🚒

🚗💙 A big THANK YOU to North Sound ACH for their generous grant that made these new service vehicles possible for our CARES Coordinators, Kristena Sheldon and Michael Golder!

These vehicles will help our CARES (Community Assistance Referral & Education Services) team more effectively connect with community members, deploy resources where they are needed most, and provide compassionate care coordination throughout the North County Regional Fire Authority service area.

Through partnerships like this, we can continue helping individuals navigate complex medical and social challenges, connect with support services, and find long-term solutions that improve health and well-being while reducing unnecessary emergency responses.

North Sound ACH's network of more than 270 community organizations, healthcare systems, and social service providers demonstrates the power of collaboration and shared commitment to healthier communities. Together, we're strengthening connections, breaking down barriers, and serving our residents more effectively.

🚫🔥 Complete Outdoor Burn Ban Begins August 7 🔥🚫

Due to high fire danger and ongoing wildland fire activity, a Stage 2 Burn Ban is now in effect throughout Snohomish County until further notice.

❌ No residential yard debris burning
❌ No recreational fires or fire pits
❌ All outdoor burn permits suspended

✅ Propane fire tables, gas cooking appliances, charcoal grills, and approved wood pellet grills may still be used safely.

Please help protect our community and first responders by following burn restrictions and practicing fire-safe habits. 💙🚒
