Helping school districts work smarter and stronger is what partnership is all about.

Pequot Lakes School District was looking to improve efficiency, so they teamed up with CESO through Sourcewell to help streamline student transportation routing for its 1,800 students.

Through a comprehensive transportation assessment with Sourcewell, it didn’t take long for CESO to identify a key opportunity: The existing routing software wasn’t being used to its full potential.

CESO worked with the school district to modernize its approach. CESO provided hands-on training, offered ongoing support, and improved routing strategies to empower the district to operate more efficiently and confidently every day.

The results speak for themselves. The school district is already seeing smoother daily operations, improved efficiency, and valuable time savings.

This partnership is a great example of how delivering practical solutions creates lasting improvements for schools and the students they serve.
