I've been hard at work focusing on jail security, conducting inspections and searches, and keeping a watchful eye on daily operations. My mission remains the same: helping ensure a safe, secure, and professional environment for both staff and those in our care. This week we are busy supervising 69 federal detainees and 101 county detainees.
Whether I'm making rounds, supervising from a strategic perch, or conducting surprise inspections, I'm committed to supporting the team and maintaining the highest standards.

🚨🐾 Sergeant Tilly on Duty 🐾🚨

Good evening, Bradford County.
First, I owe everyone a small apology for missing my usual Tuesday update. I know many of you look forward to hearing about my weekly activities. Still, I was assigned to a special detail that required my full attention and a temporary pause in my social media duties.
While my primary responsibilities continue to include overseeing the care, custody, and control of 69 federal detainees and 109 county detainees, this week I was allowed to expand my supervisory efforts by observing and assisting with Animal Services operations. As a dedicated public servant—and a feline—I considered this assignment a perfect fit.
During my special detail, I helped ensure that 27 canines and 7 fellow felines received the attention, care, and oversight they deserved. While I cannot officially confirm that any extra ear scratches or quality-control inspections of treats occurred, I can report that the animals appeared to be receiving excellent care from the Animal Services staff.
Public service takes many forms, and whether it involves maintaining security within the detention facility or checking on the welfare of animals awaiting their forever homes, the mission remains the same: serving our community with professionalism, compassion, and dedication.
