Mississippi's 2026 Primary Election Day will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. The ballot features candidates for U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate. The General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

The My Election Day portal is an excellent resource to educate yourself on the upcoming election and receive information tailored to your address including the address of your voting precinct and sample ballots.

The Oktibbeha County Circuit Court Staff celebrated the retirement of Deputy Circuit Court Clerk Mary Dean Rose on December 20, 2024. Mary Dean served as a part-time deputy clerk for 16 years, and she served as an election worker for 50 years!! She has been an absolute joy to work with, and we already miss "Mary Dean Day".

The Oktibbeha County Circuit Court Staff and Election Commissioners celebrated the retirement of District 3 Election Commissioner Myles Carpenter on December 2, 2024. Myles served Oktibbeha County as an election commissioner for 21 years where he was completely devoted to ensuring that the voters of Oktibbeha County had fair and honest elections.
