A water main break at 108 Old West Point Road has left the south side of Glenn Hollow Townhouses without water.

Our crew is on-site and preparing to make the repair. Work is currently waiting on underground utility locators to mark the area before repairs can begin.

Once work starts, we anticipate the repair will take approximately 4–5 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Additional personnel have been called in to assist with restoration. We have a broken pole in the collegeview/Herbert area and several broken cross arms in the Yates st area. Both locations and adjoining areas are expected to be restored in approx 2 hours. Thank you for your patience as our team works safely and as quickly as possible to restore service.

We are aware of several outages across the system caused by the storm that just passed through the City. Crews are assessing the issues and will begin restoration as quickly as possible.

Due to today’s expected weather, the planned work on North Montgomery has been postponed. We will share an update when the work has been rescheduled. At this time, we anticipate the work taking place sometime next week.

📢 Water Outage Notice: Tomorrow (Wednesday) after lunch, contractors will perform work causing a temporary water outage on N Montgomery between Hwy 182 & Oktibbeha Dr (199–211 N Mont). Service is expected to be restored within 4 hours. Thank you for your patience! 💧
