A fake pollster called Wedgewood Polls is behind it. FiftyPlusOne, which is the revision of Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight at the New York Times, reported, “Last week we received a credible tip from a trusted source that Wedgewood Polls might be faking data. We had received tips about Wedgewood in the past, but this particular tip had something crucial that others didn’t: Evidence.”

FiftyPlusOne investigated by running an identical poll to Wedgewood’s back-end data. They uncovered a bunch of red flags, including unnaturally clean sample data that lined up perfectly with Mississippi demographics, impossible user IDs, scrambled timestamps, and outdated serial numbers.

State Representative Scott Conklin v. Michelle Schellberg

The Fairness in Women’s Sports Act would have required female teams in public schools and public colleges to be based on biological s*x at birth. (HB 972)
State Representative Conklin voted “No”.
Michelle Schellberg believes we should protect women’s and girls’ sports. She would have voted “Yes”.

HB 141 (Investment-Income Taxes) would raise Pennsylvania’s tax rate from 3.07% to 9.07% on income classes not exempted by the bill, including investment-related income.
State Representative Conklin was a Co-Sponsor of this legislation.
Michelle Schellberg opposes higher taxes on savings and investment income.

Pennsylvania would create a statewide paid family and medical leave program funded through mandatory payroll contributions, with the rate capped at1% of wages. (HB 200).

Michelle Schellberg supports family-leave options without a new mandatory state payroll program.

HB 37 would allow County election boards to begin pre-canvassing mail and absentee ballots seven days before Election Day.

Michelle Schellberg opposes opening mail ballots seven days early and, instead, would require uniform safeguards, documented chain of custody and meaningful bipartisan observation.
