Let’s rewrite the narrative:
💬 Talking about your mental health is strong.
🛠️ Getting help is courageous.
❤️ You’re not alone.

Check in on the men in your life and remind them it’s okay to not be okay.

Setting boundaries isn’t selfish, it’s self-respect. 💪✨

If you struggle with saying no or feeling guilty for protecting your peace, you’re not alone. Setting boundaries is something people in society struggle with everyday. Here’s how to make setting boundaries easier and stick to them:

1️⃣ Know your why (your energy is worth protecting)
2️⃣ Get clear & specific about what you need
3️⃣ Communicate with calm confidence
4️⃣ Practice saying “no” without guilt
5️⃣ Expect pushback but stay firm
6️⃣ Let actions have natural consequences
7️⃣ Lean on your support system

Start small. You don’t have to explain or apologize for your needs.
Healthy boundaries are a form of self-love and the people who love and care about you will understand in the end❤️

You deserve to feel safe, respected, and in control of your energy.🩵🩵🩵
