Spring Creek Elementary School

Spring Creek Elementary School Lemont and Houserville Elementary Schools have combined to make one new school called, Spring Creek Elementary.

The school is part of the State College Area School District.

This last Wednesday our students were able to participate in our annual end-of-year field day. Perfect weather, great planning by Mrs. Constable and time donated by parent volunteers made the event a huge success! The students had an amazing time having fun with their classmates at each of the stations.

Our SCE fifth graders hosted their annual Caring Fair on Friday, May 22nd. The fifth graders donate canned goods for the State College Food Bank to participate and then pledge part of the profits they make by selling their homemade crafts to a charity of their choosing. This year the fifth graders donated $39.50 to the State College Food Bank, $106.29 to the Centre County Wildlife Fund, and a whopping $636.55 to Pets Come First! Amazing job fifth grade!
