During the webinar, the Be My Eyes team will provide a live demonstration of the app and highlight its three primary features:

AI-powered image and document descriptions

Access to inaccessible documents

The ability to connect with a co-worker for sighted assistance through screen sharing

This session is designed for both individuals and businesses interested in learning how accessible technology can support employment success and workplace inclusion.

World Services for the Blind is proud to announce the successful completion of projects funded through FEMA’s Non‑Profit Security Grant Program (NSGP) through the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management.

Through this program, we completed $271,915 in security and preparedness improvements over the last 3 years, including:

· Installing exterior lighting and security cameras around campus

· Replacing several doors to improve security

· Making additional doors more accessible and more secure

· Upgrading our courtyard gate to enhance both accessibility and security

· Partnering with Emergency Planning Solutions to train staff and students in emergency management and update all campus emergency plans

These enhancements strengthen our ability to provide a safe, accessible, and prepared environment for the people we serve.

We are grateful for the support of FEMA, the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management, May Company, Emergency Planning Solutions, Chr-Eyton Electrical Company, Allegion Access Technologies, Skiver Construction, Flemming Network and Security Services, and Triple-S Alarm Company who all helped make these improvements possible. Thank you!
