This is an amazing program and is down the Deep Creek valley from us. Ted, and his colleagues, make a difference for our veterans. We are thankful for Warhorse Ranch.

Meet the herd-
Ted is one of our draft horses here at Warhorse. He is as big as his heart is. He loves to clop around the ranch with his herd mates looking stoic and grand. He is full of curiosity and will always come over to "check things out." Ted gets along with the herd although sometimes he is curious about Zapato and what he really is?

Our grass fed and grass finished Akaushi Wagyu beef 1/4 shares weigh about 85-95lbs. A share typically includes: tenderloins, tomahawks, ribeyes, NY strips, roasts, short ribs, sirloins, stew meat, bones, our famous ground beef and more.

Beef is $16 per lb. We can ship almost anywhere in the US. Local delivery in Steamboat Springs is free. We can arrange to meet for a Denver area drop off as well.

This is not a supermarket operation not even a great supermarket.

This is knowing your rancher - me!! - and buying directly from her. This is the difference of believing in locally sourced and sustainable agriculture. It’s not a huge moneymaking conglomerate. It is a commitment to raising animals in a humane way that is healthier for all. And, luckily, it tastes delicious!

5K Ranch is a family owned and operated ranch in the Deep Creek Valley near Steamboat Springs in Northwest Colorado. With over 500 acres of pasture, our cattle are grass fed and grass finished.
