Routt County CSU Extension Master Gardeners

Routt County CSU Extension Master Gardeners This volunteer group is trained in horticulture and works out of the local county extension office as a resource to the community.

A Colorado Master Gardener is a graduate of the nation-wide Master Gardener training system. This is a system in which county extension programs provide research-based information and education, tailored to fit local needs, using resources from the state land grant university and the United States Department of Agriculture. In our state the Colorado Master Gardener program is administered by Color

ado State University, through each county's CSU Extension office. Colorado Master Gardeners are given training which enables them to help the gardening public solve their horticultural problems.
