By help, we don’t mean feeding bears. Providing food, whether it is intentionally or by negligently leaving attractants unsecured, can make a dangerous situation worse.

The city is giving residents a chance to celebrate trees, grow something for the future and take home a free tree seedling. The Arbor Day Tree Seedling Giveaway will take place on Saturday, September 12.
