Hello! My name is Mark Houser and I am an Administrative Officer for the Housing Authority. My duties and responsibilities are of a wide range, from coordinating our annual Agency Plan process, to processing Public Housing transfers, acting coordinator for our Family Self-Sufficiency Program, performing quality assurance reviews, assembling and writing grant applications, and doing special assignments which arise for the Housing Authority. I am married, have two wonderful adult children and a grandson. I love to travel, spend time with my family and friends, and, for the most part, am a do-it yourselfer of home improvement projects for my home.

Busy day at the Housing Authority, Thanksgiving Turkey's and Hams were distributed to our residents. Thank you Hands from the Heart for your donations and with providing the volunteers to assist with distribution. Also, Thank you Giant food stores, Walmart, Go Comprehensive and Pine Auto in Middletown for your donations.

Hello, My name is Gigi Nester and I work in the Tenant Selection Office. Purpose and compassion is an aspect of my job that really comes into play, and with it brings great satisfaction. I've been working at the Authority since 2008 and have interests that include gardening, plant cultivation, knitting, trying new restaurants and concert going. I have 21 and 22 year old sons and always enjoy meeting new people.

My name is Darryl and I am a Section 8 Housing Inspector for over 25 years. I am a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and founded and worked on several boards of numerous non-profit organizations.

My name is Bill Martini. I am a Section 8 Housing Inspector at the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin. I have been an inspector for 2 and a half years. I enjoy working with and helping other people. I have been married for 31 years and have a son who is 28. I enjoy working around the house and spending time with my family, including our little dog who follows me wherever I go.
Our Office will be closed Monday, September 6th for the Labor Day Holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday September 7th.
My name is Patrick Bosworth and I am the Deputy Executive Director for the Authority. I have prior experience in working for another housing authority as well in project management for large scale commercial construction. My interests include going to the beach, being with family and friends and enjoying a good meal. I am married and have 2 boys ages 15 and 16. My family has 2 turtles named Dribble and Georgia and a Boston Terrier/Beagle mix named Gunny.
The Authority had a great week with our last 2 Back-to-School Picnics at our Lang Manor and Cole Crest locations. It was hot but the kids came out and enjoyed lunch and left with a new backpack for their first day of school next week. Have a great year to all the Children in our communities.
It's the start of something new! Today starts the renovations of our office to fix the failing wall, to provide a better office flow to protect from COVID and to be able to serve our clients better.
We have moved our reception window down the hall. We will post updates as we go. All staff is still available by phone or email if you need them.
The Housing Authority has kicked off our Back-to-School Picnics for our Residents. This week we were in Williamstown and Middletown. The children came out and were given a new back pack and supplies to get the school year started on the right foot. Our staff fired up the grill and handed out lunch to all that attended. We also had several vendors attend teaching the children about Safety. Its was a great week for all.
