Yesterday, our students and staff enjoyed our annual HJH Play Day!

From inflatables in the gyms to games at Lem Brock Field and movies with friends, it was a great day to celebrate the end of the school year and enjoy time together as a campus.

Thank you to the HJH PTO and Mr. P's Party Rentals, LLC for making this day possible! Additionally, we appreciate all of the parent volunteers who helped supervise so our staff could play too!

Congratulations to Henderson Junior High SPED Reading Language Arts teacher Chris D’Ambrosio on being named the April HJH Teacher of the Month by F&M Bank!

Although Mr. D’Ambrosio has spent many years in education, he stepped into a new role at HJH this school year and has made an immediate impact. With a strong background in upper-elementary education, he brings extensive experience in reading and foundational literacy instruction, a skill set that is especially valuable at the junior high level.

Mr. D’Ambrosio combines his knowledge and experience with a genuine passion and heart for education, students, and people. His energy is contagious, and his impact reaches beyond his own classroom to the students and teachers he supports across campus.

We are grateful for the difference he makes each day at Henderson Junior High. Congratulations, Mr. D’Ambrosio! You are a true !
