🌱Sterling’s Ag Department is in action🪴

Today, the high school’s FFA officer team planted new bushes outside the school library and installed a new irrigation system, participating in a fun hands-on experience!🌳

🚜Successful day at the Test Plot! 🌽

On Saturday morning some of our FFA members went out to help our Alumni with the test plot! Our Members used vacuums to get seeds out of the tractor then dumped new seed varieties in their place for each row. The members also got to see the process from the perspective inside the tractor, exploring things like gps systems! Thank you to everyone who came out and made this possible. 🚜🌽🌱

🚜Farmapalooza was a great day!🌽

We had a great turnout this year with over 2000 community members, elementary, middle, and high-school students! These attendees were taught many things from water safety, evolution of farm equipment, and germination which all ties back to our theme of evolving agriculture!🌾
