Pictures, videos, post, and updates from the Crew who staff the Rescue (R615), Ambulances, Medic units, and our Duty Officer (DC615) every Friday night (Crew 7) 1800 till 0600 & every 7th Saturday for an extra 24 hours. NWS has issued a thunderstorm warming for South Eastern Loudoun County until 7pm, winds with gust to 60 mph and quarter size hail could be expected.

Per the FM's Office the National Weather Service has Issued a Red Flag Warning, and the Department of Forestry has declared today a Class III day because of this the Loudoun County Fire Marshall's Office has issued a temporary burn ban in effect. No burning will be allowed Until Further Notice. The FM's Office is monitoring the weather conditions and will determine when to lift the ban.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to our brothers and sister who lost two of their own. RIP.

It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty deaths of Fire Fighter Ivan Flanscha and Fire Fighter Zachary Anthony of York Professional Fire Fighters Association Local 627. Brothers Flanscha and Anthony were killed while battling a warehouse fire on the afternoon of March 22nd.

Please keep the family, friends, and coworkers of Brothers Flanscha and Anthony in your thoughts and prayers. Expressions of sympathy or condolences for the family or the Local can be sent to IAFF Local 627 at P.O. Box 5, York, Pennsylvania 17405-0005. Additional information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

Our Story

Pictures, videos, post, and updates from the Crew who staff our Rescue (R635), Ambulances, Medic units, and our Duty Officer (C615) every Friday night (Crew 7) 1800 till 0600 & every 7th Saturday for an extra 24 hours. We run out of 3 stations RS15 (The Park), RS25 (Cascades), and RS35 (The Swamp/Kincora).

We our everyday people who volunteer our Friday nights to serve & help those in our Neighborhood (Sterling, VA), and those in the rest of the county (Loudoun County, VA). We love what we do, and those we work with. We love what we do, and train hard so when the time comes we can do our job 100%.
