Rural Solutions -Archived Bringing Together Northeast Colorado Our vision is “to put the pieces together for healthy communities”.

Rural Solutions is a coalition of grassroots organizations, mental health providers, social services departments, handicapped services, public health, Area Agency on Aging and elected officials. Rural Solutions works to coordinate health and human service needs assessments and program development in ten counties in Northeast Colorado. These counties include Washington, Morgan, Logan, Kit Carson, L

incoln, Sedgwick, Phillips, Yuma, Cheyenne and Elbert. Rural Solutions is governed by a board of directors representing health and human service agencies in the ten counties of northeast Colorado.

If you are a breast cancer survivor then we want to visit with you. We are partnering with the Colorado Breast Cancer Coalition on their Breast Cancer Listening Tour. A focus group will be held in the next few weeks so we can hear your treatment and survivorship needs. In addition a survey will also be available for those who wish to participate in that manner. Contact us if you want more information.

FoodBank of the Rockies is in Holyoke at the Event Center this morning from 10 -11:30. Rural Solutions and Haxtun Hospital District is planning a "Girls Night Out" in Haxtun from 6:30 pm to 9:15 pm. Mark it on your calendars and plan to come. Dinner will be provided. Watch for the flyer.
