Update: As of 0800 the concrete has been cleaned off of Hwy 165.

Expect delays on Hwy 165 in the area of Keystone Rd. due to a concrete truck spilling concrete all over the highway. Crews are actively cleaning it up.

The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for your help in locating Baylynn Smith.

19-year-old Baylynn Smith last seen July 11,2026 around 12pm in the Swartz Fairbanks area.

Smith is diagnosed as bi-polar and suffers from depression and in need of her medication.

She could possibly be in a white four door sedan.

If you have any information on her whereabouts, please contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office at 318.329.1200.
