The Haskell County Clerk’s Office will be open and operational inside the new annex on Monday, March 30th. Please enter through the west or north doors.

The Haskell County Commissioners meeting will take place at the old building at normal time.

The Haskell County Clerk’s Office will be closed Friday, March 27th, 2026 to move into our new office. We are very excited, and we hope this is a smooth transition! We look forward to seeing everyone in our new building!

Announcement ❗️

Over the past year, my staff and I have continued to educate ourselves by shadowing other County Clerks, participating in continuing education, and asking many questions of our fellow clerks across the state.

One consistent recommendation we received is that, as a recording office and official record keeper for the County, we should not provide blank deeds or other blank legal documents to the public.

We delayed implementing this change for as long as possible; however, it has recently become necessary to enforce this policy.

Effective immediately, blank deeds and other blank legal documents will no longer be available for pickup in our office.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Hannah Labor-County Clerk, and Madison Price- First Deputy are seen pictured with the very first Haskell County Commissioner Proceedings and the original abstract for the Haskell County Courthouse.

The proceedings are original and dated April 29th, 1907. In the proceedings they named temporary Commissioners (maybe temporary until statehood?)

The first document in the abstract is dated 1904- Indian Territory.

We love finding little nuggets of Haskell County History!
