Donation Hours:
Monday - 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

We are a basic needs organization providing food, clothing, resources, financial support, and case management. Service Hours:
Appointment Only (schedule online valleyoutreachmn.org/client-info)
- Monday: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
- Tuesday: 1:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 1:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- Friday: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday & Thursday - 1:30 to 6:30 p.m. We accept food and clothing drive-up donations during the

times listed above.
**Please do not leave items outside of our building at any time. Any items left outside need to be disposed of due to safety regulations.**

🎒 September Donation Need of the Month: School Snacks! 🍎

Back-to-school season is here, and this month we’re collecting easy, kid-friendly snacks to help keep students fueled throughout the school day.

Donated snacks are distributed both through our food shelf and directly to students in the Stillwater Area School District through our school partnership program.

This month, consider donating individually packaged, shelf-stable snacks such as:
🍎 Fruit cups or applesauce
🥨 Crackers or pretzels
🥣 Granola or snack bars (nut-free)
🍓 Fruit leather
🍿 Popcorn
🍇 Raisins or dried fruit
🥜 Other grab-and-go snacks

If you're out shopping this month, consider adding a few items to your cart or consider hosting a drive using our toolkit!

We’re excited to welcome Nou Vue, who is joining Valley Outreach as an intern!

Nou is a student at Century College, where she is studying Human Services. She anticipates completing her associate degree in December and hopes to use her experience at Valley Outreach to grow both personally and professionally as she prepares for a future career in mental health.

We’re so glad to have Nou on our team and look forward to all she’ll learn and contribute during her time with us!

Fun fact: Nou’s favorite color is blue!

We're Hiring a Volunteer Manager! 

Kenny McCoy, the current Volunteer Manager is retiring at the end of the year. We are starting the hiring process to fill his very talented shoes while he is still at Valley Outreach.

We are seeking a Volunteer Manager to lead and strengthen our volunteer engagement program, supporting a community of more than 600 volunteers annually.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder and thoughtful leader who enjoys bringing people together, creating effective systems, and building inclusive experiences where people feel welcomed, valued, and equipped to contribute.
