Payne County Sheriff's Office would like to thank the following, for helping with the Special Olympics Summer games.
To our amazing community; Thank you for being patient, understanding and supportive. You continue to show us how blessed we are.
To the families of the athletes; Thank you for continuing to support your children and showing them how important is to reach your goals. Without you cheering beside them, the Summer Games wouldn't exist.
Law Enforcement; OSU Police Department and Campus Safety, Stillwater Police Department thank you for continuing to have our backs. These events are impossible without all of us working together.
Outside agencies; Too many to mention. Thank you all for coming to Payne County and showing your support for not only your athlete's, but the athlete's from all over Oklahoma. Thank you for helping us make the Summer Games safe and also fun.
Donors; everything given helped bring all of this together to make it the best and the BIGGEST Summer Games in the nation. We cannot thank you enough for your continued support.
Last but not least; all of the wonderful athlete's who showed up to play or to support. You are absolutely amazing. Thank you for bringing smiles, high fives, fist bumps and laughter. You never fail at the amount of joy you bring to our county every May. Keep up your hard work and we will see you next year!
