Payne County Connections

Payne County Connections Payne County Connections PCC is a county leadership program sponsored by the Payne County OSU Extension office. The inaugural class began in September 2010.

Individuals from across the county met one afternoon per month to learn about the county. The group visited every community in the county at least once. Graduation for Class 1 was held in April 2011.
