We are hiring compassionate Habilitation Training Specialists (HTSs) and direct care staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities across our Stillwater residential facilities.

📅 WHEN: Wednesday July 8, 2026 | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📍 WHERE: Main Administrative Office | 904 W. 11th Ave, Stillwater, OK
💼 POSITIONS: Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekend, & Evening Shifts Available

💵 COMPENSATION & PERKS:
• No Experience? No Problem! Starting wage is $13.00/hour with full, paid training provided.
• Have Experience? Higher starting wages are available for experienced applicants!
• Premium Care Facilities: Increased starting rates for placements in our higher-care residential homes.
🔒 REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to pass an OSBI background check, motor vehicle report (MVR), drug screening, and the Community Service Registry check.
