Bulk Water Station Notice

Our bulk water station will return to normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday–Friday.

We ask that all bulk water customers please check in with the main office before setting up at the fill station.

Stilwell Utilities Customers:

Please be advised that utility services will be disconnected for nonpayment on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

Any unpaid balance is subject to disconnection. If you have an outstanding balance, please make payment promptly to avoid interruption of service.

We are aware of outages in our area. Our crews will be dispatched as soon as it is safe to do so, and will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

Due to extreme temperatures next week, our bulk water station will close at noon each day. This temporary schedule is being implemented for the safety and well-being of our employees.

If you have a water key checked out, you may continue to access the station as you normally would after hours.

The Verizon outage has been repaired and service has been restored.

We have been made aware of an outage with Verizon. If you have a utility emergency and your call doesn’t go through, please reach out to Stilwell PD at 918-696-2882.

**Important Customer Notice**

Due to the continuing extreme temperatures, we will **not** be doing disconnections this week.

Please note that any past-due balances remaining unpaid will be subject to disconnection Tuesday, August 11th.

We encourage customers with past-due accounts to pay their balance before that time to avoid service interruption.

Due to the extended period of extreme temperatures, utility disconnections originally scheduled for today have been postponed until Thursday, August 6, 2026.

To avoid service interruption, please ensure your payment is made by 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 6.

We have been made aware of an issue affecting customers served by RWD #3 in the Fairfield area. Their team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

**This issue does not affect any Stilwell Utilities customers.**
