Applications are now open for the Fall 2026 (Cycle II) Facade & Business Enhancement Grant Program

The City of Stockbridge Downtown Development Authority offers grants to help eligible downtown business owners enhance the interior and/or exterior of their storefronts to revitalize the visual landscape and vibrancy of the commercial district.

Funding may cover up to $15,000 for either a interior or exterior project

or

up to $20,000 for a combination of an interior and exterior project

Eligible projects may include awnings, signage, plumbing, operational equipment, etc.

Applications close on November 2nd, 2026.

Applicants must attend one of the following virtual information sessions in addition to completing the application:
- September 14th at 10 AM
- October 19th at 10 AM
