Commissioner Bruce Holmes Youth Foundation In January 2011, the Commissioner Bruce Holmes Youth Foundation, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)3 organization was established.

Since its inception, CBHYF initiatives in Henry County have focused on Youth Development through athletics, education, healthy living, and leadership. Within a very short span of time the organization has successfully created measureable change through program development and partnering with existing institutions in the community to deliver activities which create meaningful, sustainable, and positive outcomes.
