Hi folks,
It’s going to snow this weekend. Please use caution if you need to go out in the storm.
Additionally it’s going to be very cold. Make sure you use appropriate caution if you are out in the elements and refrain from leaving animals out in the weather for extended periods of time.
If you need us, call us. We will be here.
A significant, long-duration winter storm will impact eastern New York and western New England Sunday through Monday, bringing widespread heavy accumulations of snow, ranging from 12-18” for most and 18-24” for isolated areas of the Eastern Catskills and Southern Greens. Snowfall rates may exceed one inch per hour at times, especially Sunday afternoon into Sunday night, which will significantly reduce visibility. Additionally, the Monday morning commute will likely be significantly impacted due to snow-covered roads and walkways, leading to hazardous travel conditions, and areas of reduced visibility due to ongoing light snow.
