That means no fishing license needed June 6–7. All other fishing regulations still apply.

Perfect time to plan a camping trip. We have sites available in almost all campgrounds. The weather forecast is for mid to upper 80's. Call the park office to make your reservations now. Office hours will be Sunday - Thursday 8 am to 4 pm,, Friday 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday 8 am to 6 pm. See you at the Lake

For two days only, anyone can fish Kansas waters without a fishing license.

We have some of the Friends of Webster State Park Raffle prizes on display in the office. Stop by and check them out. The drawing will take place after the Boat Run on July 4th.

Office hours for the next 7 days. Yes we will be open on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25. Have a safe and fun holiday at Webster State Park.

A last minute decision to camp this weekend? Come on out. We have campsites open in all the campgrounds this week.

Office is open tonight until 8 pm. Open Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 4 pm. Come on out and visit us. Stop in to introduce yourself to our new summer office worker, Amanda.

UPDATE: All roads are back open. The park will reopen with some limited access on Thursday May 21 at 9 AM.

Meade State Park was fully evacuated last night and is closed until further notice due to ongoing wildfire conditions.

All reservations through Sunday, May 17, 2026 will be canceled and refunded. Parks staff will contact all affected visitors directly with additional information.

Reservations beginning Monday, May 18 and later are currently on hold. If additional cancellations are necessary, Park staff will contact affected visitors directly. At this time, no action is needed from reservation holders.

Park staff and emergency responders will continue assessing conditions to determine when the park can safely reopen. Updates will be shared as soon as they are available.
