2014 Max Paulsen Community Service Scholarship
In 2010 the Career Resource Center presented "Make a Difference Day" non-profit reception and awards ceremony where over forty non-profit community leaders were in attendance and shared information with students on their agency and how students can become involved in the community! During the program, a special surprise announcement was made by Andy Prokop, President of United Way of San Joaquin County to offer a scholarship to a Pacific student who has exemplified community service throughout the academic year.
Today, I am excited to share with you that the United Way of San Joaquin County and Pacific's Community Outreach Committee are pleased to announce the Fifth Annual Max Paulsen Community Service Award! Through service, leadership and dedication, Mr. Paulsen has inspired youth and done amazing work in the community.
