Last week, we were proud to participate in the Lender Roundtable, bringing together lenders and SBDC partners from across the region to discuss current industry trends, lending practices, and the programs needed to ensure local businesses have access to the capital they need to start, grow, and thrive.

The STAART team will be unveiling their newly wrapped trailer on Friday, May 15th from 9:00AM - 11:00AM at Weberstown Mall. Come out to show your support, connect with the community, and check out the exciting new trailer! 🎉🚛

The event will also feature a Clothing Drive benefiting foster youth girls ages 12-18 and co-ed young adults ages 18-25. Donations of gently used clothing are greatly appreciated and will help support local youth in our community. 👕💙

Small Business Spotlight ✨

AA Signs is a great example of how investing in employee growth strengthens local businesses. Through our Employment Training Panel (ETP) program, they were able to offset the costs of employee training through reimbursement support, helping their team build new skills while supporting long-term business success.

Programs like ETP make it possible for businesses to invest in their workforce without taking on the full financial burden, creating stronger companies and more opportunities for local workers.

We’re proud to support businesses like AA Signs as they continue to grow and thrive in San Joaquin County 💛

Small Business Spotlight ✨

Good & Well is a local Matcha and Wellness Bar that participated in the SJC Incubator program. With their business idea, they were able to win 1st place at the Countywide Pitch Event hosted at Delta College with a prize of $7,500!👏

Through the SJC Incubator, entrepreneurs like Good & Well are able to develop their ideas, strengthen their business skills, and turn their vision into reality. Programs like these continue to create opportunities for local innovators to grow, connect, and make a lasting impact in our community.
