Today’s featured guest speakers include State Representative Ann Kelley and Laura Woody with Moms Against Fentanyl, sharing important updates and perspectives on issues impacting Missouri families and communities.

What a night for Cedar County!

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our Cedar County Lincoln Day a tremendous success. Events like this do not happen without the support, hard work, and dedication of so many people.

A special thank you to David Wasinger, Missouri Lieutenant Governor; Denny Hoskins, Missouri Secretary of State; and Scott Fitzpatrick, Missouri State Auditor, for taking the time to be with us.

Thank you to all the candidates stepping forward to serve, and to the elected officials who came out to show their support. Your presence meant so much.

Thank you to Hillbilly Express for the wonderful dinner.

And last, but certainly not least, thank you to every single person who attended and made the evening so special. We had a packed house, an incredible atmosphere, and a night full of energy, fellowship, and support for the future of Cedar County.

📣 Cedar County Republican Central Committee Update

Good afternoon, Cedar County Republicans!

At our last meeting on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the Committee gathered at the Cassell Realty Office to fulfill our duty of making a recommendation to Governor Mike Kehoe for the position of Cedar County Clerk.

Following a two-week ad run in the local newspapers, the only applicant was Interim Clerk Chrislynn Price. Chrislynn attended the meeting to present her résumé, answer questions, and introduce herself to our Committee. After review and discussion, a recommendation was made to the Governor.

We are pleased to share that Governor Mike Kehoe has officially appointed Chrislynn Price as Cedar County Clerk this past Monday, August 18. Please join us in congratulating Chrislynn as she continues serving our county in this important role. 👏
