The gallery offers a diverse selection of works by local and regional artists and features media from contemporary to traditional paintings, drawings, photographic works and sculptures. l Gallery is to create a welcoming environment at City Hall for residents and visitors while increasing awareness and appreciation of local and regional art and artists. The goal of the COCA is to build a well-rounded, divers, quality rotation art program for the Stockton City Hall Gallery that respects the cultural norms and values of the Stockton area and uses consistent criteria to select the artist/artwork for the City Hall Gallery program.
