So grateful to be a February recipient of a month of much needed supplies from CARA (crafters and artisans for rescued wildlife)! Today’s wonderful package of possum pouches, bonding pouches, bumper bed and wraps from Lynn Gagnon will make the upcoming baby season cozy for our intakes!! And last week we got a new soother belly for neonate racccoon pacifiers with a fleece rice pack insert too! Thank you so much!!!

I was fortunate enough to get several incubators through the nonprofit BabyWarm.org. Now we are only a few hundred away from reaching our goal to get a RVS specific incubator for neonate raccoons. The incubators have become an essential part of my efforts to save the lives of orphaned baby wild Squirrels, Opposum, and bunnies the last few baby seasons. Now I have an opportunity to get this additional incubator just for raccoons who require the larger dedicated incubator. The new incubator has some added safety features, and having it will give the best chance of survival to the babies in my care.
