Reminder Parents!
Red Ribbon Week (October 26–30) is a special week where we celebrate making smart, safe, and healthy choices for our bodies and minds! During this week, students focus on taking care of themselves, being a great friend, saying no to unsafe things, and feeling proud of making happy choices every day.

Wearing your red ribbon (or dressing up for our theme days!) shows that you choose to be healthy, stay safe, and be the very best you can be!

Monday - Wear red to show that you are "RED-y to make healthy choices".

Tuesday - Wear neon colors to show that "Your Future is Bright"

Wednesday - Wear crazy or mismatched socks to "Sock it to bad choices"

Thursday - Wear pajamas to show that you can "Follow Your Dreams"

Friday - Wear your Book Parade costume to show that "Healthy Choices Write a Great Story!

**Note: Your child's teacher will communicate to you what their class will dress like for Book Parade. Please check folders and JConnect messages for more information.

In lieu of class parties, NDLE students will have a “BOO” Breakfast to BOO-gin Book Parade day the sweet way! We need parent volunteers to provide glazed donuts and milk for each class. These items will need to be delivered to school the morning of Friday, October 30th in carline and staff will deliver to the classrooms. Thank you!
