💚💚May is Mental Health Awareness Month💚💚
Mental health is part of everyday life, shaping how we think, feel, connect with others, and move through the world. Just like physical health, our mental health shifts over time. Some days we feel strong and balanced; other days we may struggle. Mental health influences every part of life, from housing and work to relationships and community. Whole person care plays a vital role in supporting well being and helping people move toward stability and recovery.
Let’s use this month to stay aware, stay connected, and support one another.
