Be careful where you put that lawn fertilizer! Rain or irrigation runoff can wash fertilizer into ponds and streams -- and harm fish and wildlife, cause smelly algae blooms, and affect our drinking water.

Are the playgrounds open?

I participated today in a Nature Walk in the conservation land led by Sean Kent from the Mass Audubon society Museum of Bird Art. He was very knowledgeable. It was really wonderful! The conservation land is a true gem in our town. So much to see! Thank you to Matt from the Rec Dept for making this possible.
I thought I read somewhere that pets were welcome at Ames Pond after 5pm. Is that correct?
Is there Soccer this morning or cancelled?
Will there be a road race as part of the Stoughton Day activities?
Lots of changes happening this upcoming January at Elite Health and Fitness Center in Stoughton. We have added a new instructor Robert, and may have 2 more coming! Stay tuned...

Another exciting thing is we will have Phase 1 of EASY FIT CYCLE. This is an 8 week program starting on January 2nd and ending February 20th and is perfect for those looking for a lower intensity workout with fun and motivating music. $55 for Elite members and $75 for outside members. That is less than $10/ class!!!

Email [email protected] OR FB message me if you are interested or would like to learn more!!

I wasn't at the tap class on Wednesday but heard that the time and day is being moved and also that payments need to be paid ahead. Can you please provide details-I looked at the Stoughton Rec website, but didn't see anything.
Tennis starts this Saturday.... can anyone tell me what my daughter is supposed to wear or bring? This is her first season and I haven't received any communication from the Rec department since I signed her up in spring.
