WORC

WORC is a private, non-profit employment agency that places individuals with developmental disabilities into jobs throughout rural Dane county.

WORC is a supported employment agency with a home base in Stoughton, Sun Prairie and Verona. We strive to match the needs of the employer with the skills, interests and strengths of each individual that we support. WORC facilitates the relationships between the employer and the employee with a disability through on-the-job training, job modifications and technical assistance.

Calling all volunteers! It's that time of the year again. 👕🌭🍦

W.O.R.C. is excited to announce that we will be participating in Brat Fest 2026 from Friday, May 22nd to Sunday, May 24th, and we need your help!

Whether you're looking to meet new people or simply give back, this is a great opportunity to get involved. Volunteers will raise $12 per hour worked for W.O.R.C. and receive a free 2026 Brat Fest t-shirt as well as their choice of a brat or hot dog and ice cream coupon at the end of their shift.
